We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from Rationed Floors. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as opened cleaning kits or flooring that has been installed, may not be eligible for return.
